Why this event is critical to attend

The 5th Annual conference on Maritime Domain Awareness: Coastal Surveillance 2008 is the region’s and globally recognised critical forum for addressing the key challenges on maritime security faced by littoral states. We are also excited to bring together high-level speakers and senior experts from across the globe to cover the latest developments, programmes, requirements and technologies associated with coastal and maritime surveillance. This event is recognized by the US DoD and UK MoD as a premier global forum and they continually support the conference with top level speakers.

“Maritime Security is a very important factor at the moment. If there’s any threat from the sea, we’ll be very vulnerable. So these conferences helps us to know each other and also learn from each other’s experience – how every country is doing it, and then grow further.”
